Where’s Mr Beer?

I have decided to call my first batch of beer “Beta Brew” since this really is a test to see how things work out.
A very important item to keep in mind is temperature, especially when you are fermenting your beer. Since it’s Winter where I live my house would stay pretty cold. I took an indoor thermometer and tested temps around my house and found that my bedroom closest is best place to keep the beer during fermentation.

The closet stayed within Mr Beer’s recommendation of 65-72 degrees. So that’s where it will stay for at least the next 7 days.

There is a chance that this will take longer than a week. I’ll have to peek in on it after 7 days to see if fermentation is complete and I will have to bottle the beer.
