  • Spark Cream Ale* – In the spirit of July 4th, it’s an homage to a traditional American beer style. It is a simple beer made with American 2-Row, flaked corn, 2 charges of Centennial, and the Chico yeast strain. (6.7%)
  • Native Pale Ale* – Pale ale made with hops picked from the wild near the Hypobrew compound. (5.6%)
