I have to admit it, last week I had to try my brew. Although Mr Beer suggests 1 week of fermentation, it recommends 2 weeks.
After 1 week the brew smelled ‘yeasty’ and tasted sweet. I figured I had plenty of craft brew to drink still, so i decided to wait another week.
I poured a small amount into a glass (see below) and it appeared much less milky, still had some yeast scents, but just tasted like flat beer. That means its time to bottle!
